Bradford Exchange (Illinois, U.S) where this was b2b and as an agent, I had to contact customers who didn't finish closing a sale, I then initiated closing the sale on purchases (requesting credit card information), upsell similar items, and then went ahead with payment processing. I made 90+ calls daily with over $2000 worth of products sold.
Rampart Marketing. This company's focus was on calling leads, reciting scripts, upsell additional features/services, and submit all sales if all requirements were filled. The clientele was mostly business owners however, I had occasionally come across gatekeepers I had to get past.
Scoreshuttle is a company located in San Diego that is a Credit Management Software that focused on improving people's circumstances so they could have access to the refinances/loans they need. I was a Software Specialist who did outbound calls, provided value about the software based on client's responses to probing questions, do a soft pull on their credit, then transfer clients who qualified to a closer. I had to produce 120+ calls daily.
