As a Curriculum Developer, I work with my clients to develop a training strategy and plan for training policies, lesson plans, and content standards. I also work with my clients to develop actual curriculum content that is used to develop in-person and online training. As an eLearning Designer, I can create any training videos, self-paced learning, or teaching aids, in any form like PowerPoint, Canva files, or Adobe Captivate student-paced, online training with SCORM compliance. As a learning management administrator, I help clients who find themselves unable to navigate through their systems. I analyze the data found within the system (if there is any) and work with my clients to organize and create professional learning management systems. I act as the administrator by either creating and managing user profiles and groups, or by creating and importing training; complete with professional graphics and covers. Though I primarily work in training and learning management, I also have experience as a business analyst and writer, I can either operate in support of a project manager or as a project manager. I produce several documents that are dependent on the type of project or need the business has. I can build Business Analysis Plans, Business or System Requirements, Test Plans or Use Cases, Gap Analysis, and other Process and Policy Documents. Finally, I have experience as a landing page website designer. I use Wix and Squarespace; however, I have experience in eCommerce-specific platforms too. I have created WordPress, Joomla, and Magento sites. I have also acted as the content creator for clients, including social media posts and cover artwork.
