I need an Assistant Administrator for a Christian organization to ensure its day-to-day operations are smooth and efficient. Their duties and responsibilities include: Promoting products and services through social media. Managing social media and Zoom meeting schedules Handling duties such as creating reports and presentations and maintaining filing systems Setting up meetings, taking accurate minutes, and organising and scheduling appointments Writing and sending business correspondence and enforcing office procedures. Compiling, reconciling, and submitting office expense reports. And other light tasks required by the manager. Person Specification; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Organizational skills IT literate with good typing skills and confidence using a range of programs including email, social media, etc. Time management skills and the ability to prioritize their workload effectively Marketing and Customer service skills Problem-solving skills and the ability to come up with creative solutions to issues Able to work with a team, take direction from others and collaborate effectively
