I have created a site that connects with people who want to buy insurance of health insurance companies.
I used the Twilio API to create an answering machine that responded according to various scenarios.
In addition, I implemented a function that makes calls hourly, daily, and weekly to people who have expressed interest in the insurance company through advertising links.
In this project, I created a context management interface and a real time monitoring interface that shows the situation of people calling the insurance company.
The site was small but capable of handling 1500 to 2000 responses per hour.
I used NodeJS, Socket.io, cron job, Twilio API, React, Redux, Typescript technologies in this project.
