I have created a site that connects with people who want to buy insurance of health insurance companies. I used the Twilio API to create an answering machine that responded according to various scenarios. In addition, I implemented a function that makes calls hourly, daily, and weekly to people who have expressed interest in the insurance company through advertising links. In this project, I created a context management interface and a real time monitoring interface that shows the situation of people calling the insurance company. The site was small but capable of handling 1500 to 2000 responses per hour. I used NodeJS, Socket.io, cron job, Twilio API, React, Redux, Typescript technologies in this project.

And finally, after customers' approval, we developed their website. ◼ We have included all the required functionalities in the website so that our customers can get the best experience through their website. 🟢 RESULT: They get more customers on their website. The average time spent on the website by their customers is increased. No more complaints from their customers. Getting more orders from the website.
