I own an e-commerce online shopping store for consumer electronics and household goods. We have been running for 2 years now and have one person running the customer service department. They are in charge of answering phone calls, replying to all emails, and dealing with returned items that people send back to the warehouse. We use Shopify so you must be familiar with this app. We would also like to hire someone who has experience with social media as we would like to make regular posts from our accounts to keep the pages looking healthy.
